Okay...so I almost didn't blog today because my results are not good. But, I decided that would mean I was giving up and I am not giving up on my diet. So..I only lost 2 ounces! Yep, that's right, ounces not pounds. I had actually put on 2.2 lb and lost 2.4 lb this week. I overindulged this past weekend on a few things causing the gain. But, instead of giving up like I usually do, I pushed to lose it again. So, I'm looking at as a positive learning experience.
On the brighter side, Rhonda and Cathy both had tremendous weight losses this week and I am so proud of both of you!!! Rhonda will share hers on her blog, but Cathy lost 9.4 lb for her first week at Weight Watchers! Isn't that amazing?!?! She's off to a great start! Good luck this week girls! Hopefully, I will have better results to report next Friday.

This week you really committed yourself, and I AM PROUD OF YOU!!!! You have not given up, and you did great working out last night! I am proud of you for sticking to it...I AM NOT GOING TO LET YOU QUIT NOW!!!! You have far more to lose than just pounds!!! I LOVE YOU!!
Hang in there Kelly! Sounds like Rhonda is really going to help you stay on track, so stick with it girl! You can do it!

Hang in there Kelly. The thing with Weight Watchers is that if you are going to eat out you can save up your points. Sometimes all it takes is to drink more water. Keep up the good work.
it's ok kelly.just shake it off and don't let it stop you. you can do it i know you can. you are doing awesome by not giving up.
