Week 8 Results

So..am I only blogging on Fridays now or what? Well...I am very excited to post that I lost 3.8 lbs. this week, which comes to a total of 14.8 lbs!!! (I'm just going to post my WW weight, the other was getting too confusing.) I blew it Saturday night. I won't even go into details how I blew it. I've had a VERY stressful week, and was able to lose some weight. Stress is not how I want to lose weight, but I'll take it! Hopefully, the loss will give me a little extra encouragment to keep on losing. I am glad that I didn't turn to food to help relieve my stress like I usually do. I hope that is a good sign. I'm very proud of Cathy and Sue for their weight losses this week! We'll get Rhonda back on track on Monday. We'll let you slide since you were on a cruise and all! LOL Good luck this week girls! We are doing it!

Week 7 Results

I can not believe that I have actually been on a diet for 7 weeks! WOW! I think the longest I have ever stuck out a diet is a month! The weight loss is coming off slowly, but it is coming off! Last night at Weight Watchers, I had lost 1.8 lbs! I was really excited because I had met my goal for the week. By losing 1.8 lbs, I reached my additional 5 lbs and lost 5% of my body weight. So, I have lost a total of 11 lbs at Weight Watchers and 12 lbs total! Congratulations to Cathy, Rhonda and Sue on your weight loss this week! You are all doing great!

We are still so busy at work! I have missed blogging! I have been trying to catch up on reading and commenting a little. I finally ordered the part for our computer at home. So, once that is fixed, I should be catching up on some blogs. I hope you all are doing well and have a great weekend!

Week 6 Results

This is week 6 of my diet, but my 3rd weigh in with Weight Watchers. If I'm confusing you, don't feel bad, I'm confusing myself. LOL So...my loss for last night was 4 ounces! UGH! I really blowed my diet Saturday night. We had a cook out and I admit that I ate way too much! The next morning I had gained about 2 1/2 lbs from that one meal!!! So, I had to work really hard to get that back off plus lose an additional 4 ounces. I am proud of myself for not giving up. Usually, I would have took the gain and quit the diet, but not this time. I'm determined! It may take awhile, and I might have good weeks and bad weeks, but I'm not ready to give up. I keep telling myself....if I stick with this and lose it slowly, then a year from now I can look back and say look how much I have lost, instead of saying I need to go on a diet. Think how quickly a year goes by! If I lose a pound a week, that's 52 lbs.! That's amazing! Good luck to all of you on your diet this week! Thank you all for your support and encouragment. Knowing that I have to go to Weight Watchers and weigh on Thursday and blog about it on Friday has really helped keep me on track.

Just to say hey!

Hey Everyone! We have been soooo busy at work! I have missed blogging...reading blogs, commenting...and the good 'ol days when it was slow around here. The diet is still going good. I have noticed that I can button my jeans without trying to stretch them out first. LOL I have made it over a week without any soft drinks, regular or diet. I have only been drinking water and sometimes orange juice for breakfast. Anyone that knows me, knows this is a BIG accomplishment for me! I'll give up food for a Coca-Cola anyday! I still have cravings, but I resist. Hope you all are doing well and have a great week!
